How nice is this Pink drink !!! Healty, pink, cheap and super easy to prepare ! I drink it everyday, to boost my PINK energy !
You will need a blender, and only 3 ingredients to make this amazing PINK SMOOTHIE !
-cup of raspberries or strawberries or mixed berries (frozen fruits work perfectly as well)
-1/2-1 cup of milk (depand on how thick you like the smoothie, more liquid makes it more fluid and easier to drink with a straw )
-Put all ingredients into a blender and blend them for 3minutes and READ !!!
✭ I didn’t add sugar nor honey, because I love the flavor of bananas and berries, and in my opinion extra sugar kills the flavor of the fruits which are already sweet enough . And 1/2 of a Banana contains around 9 g of sugar, which is equall 2 teaspoons of sugar.
